Most participating companies donate one half of one percent of their outstanding shares. Our attorneys, Palmer & Dodge and Skadden Arps, have a set of donor friendly documents, and will work with you or your attorney to facilitate the stock option grant.

We will also work with you to create a corporate community service program which fits your company’s needs and interests and respects the time constraints associated with emerging companies.

We are happy to receive tax-deductible contributions which will help us run the foundation and our corporate community service program.
